The Perfect Nest

The Perfect Nest is one of our favorite bedtime stories.  It is a great read-aloud children's book about a cat who is trying to lure a chicken into laying him breakfast. Jack the cat gets more than he bargained for and the book ends with such a sweet twist.









It seems that I too have built the perfect nest.  After a weekend of not collecting eggs, this is what I found.
